Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Shopylyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their eCommerce needs, and positioning Shopylyst’s Shopify development and digital solutions to help them succeed. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong communication, and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who enjoys closing deals, building partnerships, and contributing to business expansion
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and client base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and digital marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agencies).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, Shopify, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
