Stellies began in Stellenbosch when founder Jacques sold “I Love Stellies” vests from a backpack at Carnival. Co-founder Chris joined soon after, and their rallying cry, “LIVE THE LIFE YOU’LL ALWAYS REMEMBER,” captured the brand’s adventurous spirit. The lockdown turned pivotal: they launched a spirited campaign using a red Land Rover delivering merch door-to-door, fueling further growth and paving the way for physical store openings.
